RELAXING SOUNDS

I hope the sounds and images in this page may help someone relax as it has helped me. I listen to relaxing sounds each night before I go to bed and during the times my muscles are spasming and knotted. Listening to various sounds helps send me to a place far away from the daily stresses.

*NOTE*

Depending on what media software you use you may be able to play two of these files at the same time. I tried this with the Pond Splendor and Life Reborn and it was wonderful. Sometimes just taking a deep breath in, releasing while listening and closing your eyes works just as well. Some of these may not sound good together but you can have fun experimenting. I also had some beautiful images with a bit more lengthy soft playing music and this page just took forever loading so I had to delete most of them :(
